We had another customer ask about a 2014 Mercedes E350 with the Sport package and determined that Curt trailer hitch # C11001 is a fit. There are no 2 inch trailer hitches that will fit though. There may be some trimming required because of the Sport package (if the rear fascia hangs lower on those than standard wagons).

For a bike rack we have a handful of options but what you're going to be wanting is a platform rack that is classified as a wheel mount. This means that it will have the weight capacity needed for your 40 lb E-Bike and then an arm that secures your bike by the wheel and not the frame.

Yes, there is a 1-1/4" to 2" adapter. It is the Trailer Hitch Adapter item # e93YR. This one is made specifically for accessories like bike racks. It also raises your receiver up 5" which will help with ground clearance for your bike rack.

Both of these bike racks are great but if you plan on just bringing 1 to 3 bikes the Swagman Original 3 Bike Rack # S64152-2 is good choice, allowing up to 35 pounds per bike. The Swagman Original 4 Bike Rack S64400 is the same rack as the 3 bike option but with an added allowance of up to 35 more pounds. Both are fine choices but the Swagman Original 4 Bike Rack is going to be the option you are most likely looking for allowing for the most weight and bikes to be carried.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't, Josh. As long as the hitch has adequate capacity. You would definitely want to be sure the hitch properly anchored to the floor or wall or wherever you intend to install it to keep it from tipping over. If you can get that part down, you can absolutely use the RockyMounts GuideRail Bike Rack # RKY97ZR for bike storage. If I had to guess, David, I'd say they aren't going to make one for a 2024 Honda HR-V. Reason being is, the max towing capacity for that vehicle is only 2,000 lbs so it wouldn't make sense to make a bigger hitch.
There is an adapter # HTAD that you "could" use to physically get your rack to fit into the hitch, but whenever you use an adapter you lose 50% of your tongue weight capacity which would reduce it to practically nothing.

Unless it says it does in the Haul-Master manual (which is highly unlikely) I wouldn't expect the motorcycle carrier to reduce your capacity. This is something that happens when you use an adapter, not when you use an accessory like a motorcycle carrier, bike carrier, or cargo carrier. First check the lock cylinder for a key number that may be stamped on the Cylinder. This can sometimes be used to find a new key.
